Wife, Sarah, that house and lot at Shilo that was hers before I married her; also the goods that wwere hers. Son, Phillip, my apparel. One-third of my moveable estate I give to my wife, 1/3 to my son, and 1/3 to my only daughter. Son, Phillip, 3/5 of my lands, and my daughter, Lidya, 2/5; and my daughter is to have the plantation on which I live, and my son the other lands. Executors -- wife, Sarah, my son, Phillip, and my son-in-law, Job Ayars. Witnesses -- Benjamin Lupton, David Parvin, David Randolph. Proved Dec. 31, 1789. 1789, Dec. 21.
